Christian Counseling
We all go through seasons of struggle. Part of being human means there are times when life feels steady and good and other times when we just feel off. These seasons can be shaped by many things including relational brokenness, life transitions, grief, a significant event, past trauma, hormonal changes or burnout. Scripture refers to these struggles as "common to man". Many people walk through these struggles alone and suffer deeply. But you don’t have to carry the burden or navigate it on your own.
I offer compassionate, faith-integrated counseling that is both biblically sound and clinically informed.
Children and Teens
I work directly with children and teens to address concerns such as anxiety, behavior, relationships, and family dynamics, all within a compassionate and supportive environment. I also partner with parents, offering guidance and practical support so you can feel more confident in caring for your child.
When working with children and teens, it is often helpful to use the first session—or a portion of the first session—to meet with parents. This allows us to ensure we are aligned on concerns, goals, and the best path forward.
Counseling vs. Coaching
Christian counseling helps you navigate emotional struggles, relational challenges, and life transitions through Scripture and clinically informed guidance. Christian life coaching, on the other hand, focuses on growth, goal-setting, and living purposefully in alignment with God’s calling. Some people benefit from one approach, others from both, and together we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs for lasting spiritual, emotional, and personal transformation.

My care is rooted in a sound, orthodox evangelical understanding of the Bible and its power to bring healing and growth.

As a Christian counselor and life coach, I draw on evidence-based principles of psychology and mental health to support emotional, relational, and life challenges. I approach each person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit—integrating biblical truth with practical strategies for growth and healing. By combining professional insight with faith-centered guidance, I help individuals navigate stress, relationships, life transitions, and personal goals, fostering meaningful transformation in both their inner lives and daily actions.

As a Christian counselor and life coach, I provide flexible, faith-based support tailored to your unique needs. Through one-on-one sessions, subscription coaching, or small-group programs, we’ll create a personalized plan addressing emotional well-being, spiritual growth, relationships, and life purpose. Using Scripture and practical coaching tools, I guide you toward lasting growth, healing, and transformation.
Sabrina offers integrated counseling for children, teens, adults, and families through both in-person and virtual sessions. Her approach is rooted in biblical truth, compassion, and a belief that every person has purpose and the ability to grow, heal, and thrive. She works with individuals navigating life’s challenges, helping them find direction and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Life coaching is also available as an additional service for those seeking focused support and guidance.
